Industrial painting contractors applying high-performance protective coating systems to structural steel, concrete and industrial assets. Built for long-term corrosion protection, UK-wide.
No obligation quote · Fast response
Protective coatings only last when surface preparation and application are both done properly. Where a job needs it, we carry out the shot blasting ourselves, so the surface is clean and correctly profiled before the first coat goes on. Every system is then applied by spray or brush, exactly to the paint manufacturer's specification.
We measure dry film thickness (DFT) at every stage and control conditions during application, including humidity, dew point and surface temperature. That precision prevents defects such as micro-cracking and makes sure the coating performs as specified. Coating systems are specified to suit the environment's corrosivity category under ISO 12944, and we apply them exactly to that specification.

We apply high-performance epoxy and polyurethane systems, selected to suit the asset and its environmental exposure. Every system is applied by spray or brush, exactly to the paint manufacturer's specification.
We check wet film thickness with a comb gauge during application, then measure dry film thickness with calibrated electronic gauges once the coating has cured. Readings are recorded against the manufacturer's and project specifications.
Yes. We regularly work on live commercial and industrial sites. We use strict zoning, sheeted enclosures and out-of-hours scheduling to keep disruption to a minimum.
We monitor humidity, dew point, and air and surface temperatures throughout. In poor conditions, we use environmental controls such as industrial dehumidifiers and heaters to keep conditions within the coating's limits.
All operatives are fully trained and hold relevant CSCS, IPAF, and PASMA certifications, ensuring safe and compliant operations at height and in hazardous environments.
Duration depends on the scope, access and coating specification. We confirm a programme with every quote and scale our teams to meet commercial deadlines without compromising quality or safety.
Yes. We shot blast concrete floors to remove laitance, contamination and failed coatings. This leaves the clean, profiled surface that resin and epoxy floor coatings need to bond. The process is dust-controlled, so it suits live warehouses and factories.
