UK-WIDE COVERAGE

Shot blasting, protective coatings and large-scale industrial cleaning, delivered to sites anywhere in the UK from our base in North Wales.

NATIONAL CAPABILITY

We're based in Colwyn Bay, North Wales, and take on work anywhere in the UK.

Shot blasting and protective coatings are the core of our work outside the region, along with large-scale industrial cleaning where the size of the job makes the travel worthwhile.

Wherever the site is, we work to the same standards: an agreed scope and specification, RAMS and COSHH assessments issued before work starts, and our duties as a contractor under CDM 2015 met on every project.

HOW WE MOBILISE

Flatbed truck loaded with blast pots, a compressor, hoses and scaffold tubes ready for an on-site shot blasting job

PlANNED MOBILISATION

Once the scope is agreed, we plan the job around your site: permits, inductions, access and working hours. Blast pots, compressors, hoses and access equipment are loaded and transported to site, so crews arrive with everything the job needs. Closer to home, our North Wales and North West coverage also takes in smaller jobs that wouldn't be viable further afield.

LOGISTICAL FAQ

Using a contractor from the other end of the country raises fair questions about cost, timing and standards. Here are the answers.

DOES DISTANCE AFFECT THE PRICE?

Travel and subsistence costs rise with distance from our North Wales base, so they're shown clearly in your quotation. The quality of work and the standards we follow are the same wherever the site is.

HOW MUCH NOTICE DO YOU NEED?

It depends on the size of the job, the equipment needed and your site's permit and induction requirements. We'll agree the start date with you when we quote, and the more notice we have, the easier it is to fit the work around your operations.

WHAT DO YOU NEED FROM US BEFORE WORK STARTS?

The site address, access arrangements and working hours, the specification or scope of work, and details of any permits or site inductions required. We'll provide our RAMS and COSHH assessments before work starts.

HOW DO YOU MAINTAIN STANDARDS ON EVERY SITE?

Every job follows the same process: RAMS and COSHH assessments before work starts, work carried out by our own qualified operatives or vetted subcontractors under our management, and sign-off and inspection records at completion. Our guide to health and safety requirements for industrial shot blasting explains the controls in more detail.
